Walking as happy human.

I remember a couple of years ago when I was going out to meet new girls, I always wanted to be different; I mean why I should I go trough all the process as everyone else. In my list of questions looking for the "ONE: I had one favorite...

" If you could have one wish, what would it be? " and why of course.

It is so impressive that almost everyone will reply "to be happy", and in the description we can always find something to speak about it.

I heard that some people will reply once they will get their Audi, that job that are expecting for so long, once they will travel to certain place, and even some other people asking for the health of themselves or someone else that they love or even to bring back someone from afterlife.

But isn't that coincidence that we really want happiness, I mean I am not the first one saying it, but once we realize that all those wishes are just temporal, I mean once you have the Audi, you will be wishing to not get scratched or even stole! Or to never loose your job once you have it.

But once we realize that happiness is a matter of everyday, and to be aware in every moment makes things complete different.

I can only compare happiness with the balance of walking.

It takes some time to learn it, but it is so natural, so free, you don't need books, tutors or even gurus to show you how, it is so much inside you, you can feel when you are doing good when a shoe fits you, and the only thing that we all have to do is to remove the burden that we don't really need.

Think about it!, when you walk you need to balance your body all the time is not an event that happens once and you get there for ever, you might have challenges and you may fall, you may try new things but always on your feet. And sometimes you may help others to stand up, but you can't help others to walk, is something that we all must learn by ourselves.

One person very close to me, told me: My knees are killing me... I replied to her, maybe if you will loose those 25 kg that you don't need your knees will feel better.

How many times you have been in a position that to loose your own burden takes discipline, takes effort, and is not something that will happen as cheap magic trick. Even miracles take time!

So what things are around you that don't let you be happy, that don't let you walk free as natural, may it be conditions where you are, people that you choose to share your life, and very often this things are so clear for others and it is so difficult to see by ourselves.

But one thing is for sure, if you are walking in a good way, you feel it, you don’t need any benchmark, comparison or chart. You know when if feels good. The same is when you know that you are doing what you enjoy and when you are happy… every moment in every step.
