Nuts is a good source of protein for vegetarians.
You'll need:
-6 ounces of almonds and 6 ounces of walnuts
Whites of 4 eggs
4 ounces of bread crumbs
salt
pepper
Grind the nuts two or three times through a good nut mill or in a food processor;
Add the bread crumbs.
Beat the whites of the eggs to a stiff froth, add the flavoring, and mix all well together.
Bake for 40 min in the oven at 180 degrees celsius
