Day 2

Today is the second day of my new lifestyle. I feel great and have not had the meat craving. I have talked with some friends and most of them are excited! Today morning Petra (my girlfriend) and I had cereal with fruits (peaches, raisins, bananas, and mango) and a cup of tea. By the way, during the weekend we discovered a leak on the toilet’s ceiling and today we had it fixed. Well, there is still a big hole on it but at least the leak is gone!

Anyway, for lunch I had some gnocchi with spinach and later on I went for like a kind of pizza bread with grilled vegetables. When I arrived home we made 30 min of yoga and afterwards we had a salad (lollo rosso lettuce, carrots, tomatoes, apple vinegar, lemon, a bit of sea salt and oops… Balkan cheese and tuna)… I just love so much cheese and fish.

Actually I found out that more than vegetarian I am turning into a pescetarian… perhaps someday I will leave all kinds of meat and animal products but for now I am allowing myself to eat only fish and cheeses. I will definitely quit cow milk, as I have read it is definitely better to quit for good.
