Yoga the Painkiller

Today I woke up at 7 a.m. with a pain (spasm) in my leg's muscle! I must have exaggerated my workout in the gym in the last days I guess... =( I thought to go to buy some pills and vitamins first but then it occured to me that I could better do yoga. I was slightly hungry and lazy but repressed these feelings and started to excersice P90X Yoga X. It is a very challenging and at the same time exciting yoga workout lead by Tony Horton who is absolutely awesome.

At the beginning, I was thinking "what the hell am I doing??!!" because I felt quite lame but after a couple of minutes, I really started to enjoy it and had an excellent yoga workout. And you know what? My leg stopped to hurt!!! =D After feeding and walking Kompa (dog), I prepared my breakfast (All Bran with banana, mango, kiwi and strawberries) and it never tasted better. Now I feel revitalized (both physically and mentally) and full of energy to begin the weekend. =)

    It sounds so much interesting that just a few postures of yoga and you become as perfect as you was before.
    I knew that you have to workout a bit harder and collect of lots strength to start yoga but this helps you a lot and you are feeling well in no time and save you from any kind of medicines.
